1. Eligibility

2Login Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. Notify 833bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. 833bd will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3Account Closure
You may request closure of your 833bd account at any time by contacting customer support. Remaining balances not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts under investigation may not be closed until the matter is resolved.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 833bd are processed in BDT. 833bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. 1Minimum Deposit

2Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a method verified in your name.
3Currency Policy
833bd operates exclusively in BDT and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. 833bd will not be responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences incurred by the user when funding their account from an international payment source.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
833bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus conditions are set out below.
1Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period; bonus funds not wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
2Bonus Eligibility

5. Prohibited Conduct
833bd maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, system exploitation, and any conduct that undermines platform integrity. The activities below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and referral to relevant authorities.
1Fraud & Money Laundering
Using 833bd for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. 833bd complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Funds identified as connected to criminal activity will be frozen and referred to law enforcement.
2Automated Software & Bots
The use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes software that automates betting decisions, scrapes odds data, or manipulates game displays. Detection of such tools results in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
3Collusion & Match Fixing
Any form of collusion between users, or involvement in match fixing or manipulation of sporting events, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant sporting authorities and law enforcement agencies. 833bd cooperates fully with investigations into match fixing and related offences.
Warning: 833bd reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected. Determinations regarding prohibited conduct are made at 833bd's sole discretion and are final.
6. Responsible Gaming
